ANN M. PRIEST earned her B.A. from Columbia College in librarianship, and her M.L.S. in Librarianship and J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. She later earned an LLM degree in Tax Law from New York University. She is a S.C. Bar certified specialist in tax law, estate planning and probate law. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and has been practicing law since 1981.

DONNA V. SANDS earned her B.A. from the University of South Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has been practicing law since 1993.

Both attorneys attend seminars and review journals to continue to be informed as to changes in the law that affect clients.
